Our Approach For Better India
At the core of all our efforts for a larger socio-political impact lies the 3P's - People, Policy, and Politics approach. Through this, we aim to cultivate long term, meaningful, and professional collaborations with aspirational leaders, government-led institutions, and civil society to collaborate for a decisive social and political transformation of India. Additionally, to institutionalise our approach, we aim to create a first-of-its kind Citizens Action Group to aid India's social, political, and developmental aspirations. This community of young leaders shall serve the country with a motto of ‘Resolute Action’ which shall set us apart from the various existing forums and think tanks serving the country. Collectively, we aim to usher in initiatives to strengthen our democracy beyond elections by fostering citizens participation in the political and policy making process to nurturing a community of young professionals and social sector volunteers and arm them with the skills and tools to solve the complex social, political, and developmental challenges faced by India. Therefore, in our engagements with the leaders, we look beyond our professional support as political aides in electioneering to working closely with them for people-centric causes, and enabling systemic changes through evidence-based policy actions by engaging with the governments and its various stakeholders across all levels.
