Kshetra Consulting (A subsidiary of Kshetra Research Initiative) is a not for profit,  non-partisan public policy, development consulting , risk advisory firm committed to strengthening Indian development landscape and driving transformative change. Our work spans across health tech, capacity building, rural development & gram panchayats, governance frameworks, ESG, sustainability, digital transformation, and inclusive development. We partner with governments, policymakers, bureaucrats, public representatives, changemakers, development partners to deliver impact-driven solutions in governance, public health, energy transition, and digital innovation.

Kshetra's core work philosophy lies in partnering with civil society to co-create & and accelerate the democratic participation of the public in politics without joining any political party. We are dedicated to co-creating programs that will impact an increase in electoral participation & and pinpointing people’s aspirations in the manifesto promises of political parties. The organization members have run impactful campaigns with minimal resources but with impeccable strategy and seamless coordination with party workers and the internal teams.
